These blooms look like flames. I have no idea what this plant is, maybe you do? It was part of a hanging basket that I purchased - but no details came with the basket.
had a long search on line and came up with this: Lotus Berthlotii, parrots beak. Native to Tenerife, endangered. We have one here in a plate of water. It was taken from a garden in York, Western Australia. Stunning little devil!! We live in Kulin, Western Australia. How it got here is unknown, although possibly from a garden supplier. Ihave used your photgraph to help identify the plant. I hope you do not mind. My email is frankinkulin@hotmail.com thankyou
