Take a picture to the fine folks at Franz Witte? They should be able to tell what it is. Oh, and while you're there, be sure to grab a flamingo or two :) Which reminds me, during Easter, they put rabbit ears on all their flamingos.
It's a Kwanzan Cherry Tree. I love seeing these trees bloom all over Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I finally found the name of this tree last year and purchased one for my yard. I can't wait for it to bloom. :O)
Big and sweet-smelling blossoms on this ____ tree in our backyard. It "came with house," but didn't come to us with any details.

Hi Tim - I actually have never been to Franz Witte. I'm not sure how that is possible, but it is. I plan to change that in the next few weeks!
