I put a heater in my bird bath-- Most mornings it is full of birds!- Robins, Flickers, Finches, sparrows , doves sometimes all at once- suprising because it isn't real large.

Hi Kate - I thought about that. What kind of heater are you using and where did you get it?
It's just a little heater bar- My neighbor gave it to me.But it isn't fancy,was used..Wild birds sells some kinds.
