I don't grow enough for jam-making, only enough for eating immediately out of the garden.

Lipstick Pink Strawberry Flower

Lipstick Pink is the name of this ornamental strawberry plant. I use it as a groundcover. It does produce berries, just not as many as regular garden strawberry varieties.

Strawberries peeking through. We had a little bit of snow early this morning - about three inches. But it has magically disappeared with high temperatures around 40 degrees. If we're lucky, well have our first few strawberries in May.
