Yellow Rose Third Bloom

After yesterday's discouraging post about the hops making a comeback, here's something I'm proud of. This is the third round of blooming for this yellow rose bush. The blooms are lightly scented and a little bit spicy.

Wet Yellow Rose

We've had about half an inch of rain today, with some pretty hard downpours. One woman told me there was an inch of rain that flowed into her garage. This is a yellow rose bush on the northeast corner of the house.
